Lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. Extra lighting for makeup mirror would be great.
I like that the room is cosy and modern. The room service was good. The receptionists were very friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient location where there were so much we could explore without having to travel out too far.
One of the rooms we were assigned to had a washing basin outside of the bathroom which we didn’t like. Finding taxi to get us back from the hotel to busan station was stressful. It would be nice if tourists like us can get some helps in calling for a taxi (we didn’t have a Korean SIM card to call for taxi).

It was a good choice overall.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Space was good. Lots of eating and shopping around the area. Walking distance to jagalchi train station. Bus stop was also very close by
Bed was super hard and gave us all sore backs

Wonderful
Good location. Easily access for food, public transport and convinient store. Staff is very friendly, will try their very best to explain or answer to all our question even we had difficulties in communication (Receptionist only know very limited english). Very happy with my stay here. Highly recommanded.
